On October 1st 2010, Form One students received laptops. Their parents signed contracts from the Ministry of Education taking full responsibility for the safety of the laptops. Ms. Ansuiya Ramnath made a presentation on the Acceptable Use Policy so that the parents and students would have a better understanding on what the laptops can and cannot be used for. Information such as the warranty and maintenance of the laptops was also given. Principal Pt. Balram Persad distributed the laptops to the first male and female students on the list. ICT technician, Mr. Yohan Ramroop as well as other Form One teachers were on hand to assist in the distribution process.
The Form One students are now using their laptops everyday as teachers have received training on the Infusion of ICT into the curriculum.
