If you are interested in applying for Form 6 at SWAHA Hindu College, please visit the school’s office to complete a Form 6 Application Form. Subjects are to be chosen from the available groups (Group 2 – Group 5). Choose 1 subject from 3 of the 4 available groups. (Group 1 is compulsory)
